It took a while, but I was finally able to download and print the Endorsement of Nomination - Form 2. I had to update my Adobe Reader on my laptop to be able to view the file and not the error message that kept popping up.
Pro tip: this form won't open on a mobile device. So if you're considering running, make sure you've got access to a laptop/desktop.
I'm off to start gathering signatures so I can hit the ground running on May 1.
